valutazione: senza dubbio buon rapporto qualita'/prezzo
posizionato in una bella zona dalla quale si raggiunge il centro facilmente sia a piedi che con i mezzi
la stanza nella quale sono stata sistemata e' molto ben curata e pulita
la colazione varia e curata anche come presentazione
il mio giudizio e' piu' che ottimo

Quality all the way: We were delighted by our room with its many extra comforts and elegant decor. The small balcony with real flowers, vines and table and chairs was a lovely touch. The outstanding part for us was the wonderful breakfast. It had everything we could ask want and more. The staff in the dining room were cheerful and efficient. The roof garden itself was a beautiful room with a magnificent view of St. Peter's. It was a fantastic start to our days in Rome. Excellent central location walking distance to St. Peter's and an easy walk to the subway. Couldn't have been happier with our choice.

Hote Isa: Staff were very helpful. Great location - 10 minutes walk to St Peters.

Breakfast Terrace: Wonderful terrace with lovely views but a bit chilly for breakfast.

Hotel Isa: This was a great hotel where everyone was friendly and the room was beautiful. The only thing we didn't like was the recommendation on the tours they gave to us. We went on two tours with Panorama Tours and we were very disapointed!!! The English speaking tour guides were hard to understand (heavy accents) and we didn't get much out of them. Also, when taking the Ancient Rome tour where you go to the Coloseum, you don't even go IN the Coloseum!!!! Many people on our tour thought we'd be going inside, but that apparently wasn't part of the tour. So, the hotel was great, but NOT the tours they suggest.

HOTEL ISA - ROMA: The hotel standard was excellent & very much contributed to a most enjoyable stay in Rome.

Guest Bar: The hotel could provide a bar - perhaps on the breakfast terrace - as a meeting place and somewhere to relax after a day sightseeing

hotel isa 4 nights: It is a nice not to big hotel realy in a very nice neighberhood. We picked it escpecially for its breakfast on the roofterrace and its realy was wonderfull. Lots of variation fresh expresso/capuchino fress pressed orangefruit and besides breads cookies and yorgurts lots of different fresh fruits, every day again. The room (we stayed in 401) was big enough with a great (silent) airco and almost all around mirrors. So you could admire every gained kilo from every corner. The bathroom was realy very neat with not a single part missing or broken. The beds were hard, but you did not notice after falling in a coma after 12 hours of walking. The pictures on the site are not exagerating and you can realy see the st Peter eating your breakfast.

: We stayed for two days. Staff was friendly, breakfast really good and the bathroom was really really nice. Location good, in between the vatican state and good shopping.

ISA HOTEL - ROMA: An Italian friend recommended this hotel to us, and while I did check out the web-site, it didn't measure up to the hotel. This was my wife's first visit to Roma and I wanted it to be especially nice....as a memory...And it turned out to be just great. The room was perfect, very little noise from the side street....and we slept quite well. It is so very centrally located in the heart of Roma...within walking to the Vatican, Spanish Stairs, Trevi Fountain,...in other words...most of the historical sites are close by. We can't thank Fabio and the front desk personnel for answering some many questions. We were recommend to several restaurants....all close by. We found one which we returned to night after night. Never again will we taste such spaghetti until another return to Italy and Roma!!!!
Eating breakfast on the roof top was perfect...so perfect that in the late afternoon we went there to just sit and enjoy the cool breezes....We have no complaint with anything and certainly will recommend it to anyone...but each will have to make their own judgement about the hOTEL ISA!!!!And I am sure that the majority will concurr....it's a wonderful memory of a wonderful city....ROMA

: Muy bien situado, tranquilo. Paradas de Bus a 2 minutos. Habitaciones bonitas y limpias. Desayunos estupendos en terraza con vistas. Muy recomendable!!! :)

: This hotel is an easy walk to the major sites and has lovely rooms. The breakfast on the roof terrace is outstanding. The personnel are wonderful.

quick note: there was a lack of storage drawers

location: The Isa is in an ideal locatiom for St peters and the castel Sant angelo, while being close to the river and within easy reach of all the main sights like piazza navonna, pantheon, and the spanish steps. The metro is only a 5 min walk for sights further afield.

: personnel was competent, helpful.
temperature of hot water could be improved, I exepct a change of sheets after three days and that did not happen.

Services that would help guests: I do feel your guest would benieft from a designated laundry and iron room as the cleaner had to move large boxes being stored away, inorder to get to the iron and ironing board.
A kettle with complimentary tea bags,coffee and biscuits should also be included in a hotel of this standard.

Bar facilities: It would help to have access to bar facilities throughout the day. I wanted a tea late at night but was told that the hot water was not available beyond breakfast

Monuments: Visited the Coloseo and Forum. There were no information/leaflets/booklets easily available and none of the sites had name plates. For example, at the Coloseo, the only information available was in the bookshop on the second floor - it would be better if this was available on the ground floor.

feedback: We had a wonderful stay, and everything about our reservation went perfectly. The hotel was excellent. We were given a very nice room on the quiet, back side of the hotel. The room was well appointed and practical with many amenities. The staff of the hotel was extremely helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We would use your service again.

feedback: The room was warm, comfortable, quiet and very well deorated. The breakfast was very enjoyable and filling with a great variety of food available, to suit all tastes. The staff all speak english, are very polite and extremely helpful. They provided an excellent map of the city and helped with recommending local restaurants and also arranging a bus tour. We are very happy to recommend this hotel to all guests.
